SoHo Storefront
Completed: Summer 2004
For this facade restoration, situated in the Historic SoHo-Cast Iron District, Alta Indelman, Architect provided a design that allowed for the reproduction of missing cast iron elements. The project included restoring the cast iron facade, and renovating the lobby.

Medical Office
Completed: March 2003
Alta Indelman, Architect provided complete architectural services for the renovation of a pre-war New York City professional apartment into a state-of-the-art dermatologist’s office and surgical suite. In particular, custom millwork designs and careful attention to complicance with state certification requiremetns were provided. The facility has been certified by the state.

Midtown Manhattan Office
Completed: June 2000
Complete architectural services were provided for the renovation of this 9000 square foot space in an older New York City office building into offices and conference spaces for the Center for Court Innovation. The center is a non-profit think tank that helps courts and criminal justice agencies aid victims, reduce crime and improve public trust in justice. It functions as the new York State judiciary’s independent research and development arm to spark problem-solving innovation both locally and nationally.
