Completion: Scheduled for Summer 2011

This 10-story building under construction in Greenwich Village is intended for mixed-use, with retail on the ground floor and spacious condominium apartments on the upper floors. There will be three duplexes, each encompassing two floors, and one triplex, comprised of the top three floors. The building’s custom detailed limestone and brick exterior has been carefully designed to respect the lower 5th Avenue neighborhood. The building will be LEED-certified.

Completion scheduled for late 2008

Alta Indelman, Architect provided complete architectural services for the renovation of a portion of an industrial-scale garage building into a state of the art emissions testing laboratory. The laboratory renovation, which included installing a chassis dynamometer, was designed for the City of New York Department of Sanitation and will be used to test the department’s vehicular fleet.

This 100-year old farm house needed to be updated and expanded to meet the needs of a modern family. Taking inspiration from typical farm outbuildings (e.g. barn, shed), the renovation included a house addition that matched the historic feel of the farmhouse, which was preserved during the renovation.

This Brooklyn townhouse renovation included a roof pop-up, a custom interior re-habilitation, and a new historic carriage house entrance to a paved courtyard.

For this facade restoration, situated in the Historic SoHo-Cast Iron District, Alta Indelman, Architect provided a design that allowed for the reproduction of missing cast iron elements. The project included restoring the cast iron facade, and renovating the lobby.
